		<description>Hi Iain, I totally agree with the last comment. It took me a while to realise that individuals make teams what they are. I felt afraid as an individual to bring out my talents and contribute to the group, becos I felt I was being resented, but in the end a group is made better by the INDIVIDUALS in it and their CONTRIBUTIONS to thet group.</description>
