@Nick - Does that mean I need to start writing on this blog more often? Okay, okay, twist my arm... in all seriousness, thank you for the encouragement and for sharing. I think StrengthsFinder is just one of many useful tools out there, but it&#039;s one of the better ones in my estimation because it goes deeply into how to make use of the knowledge of your strengths once you identify them.
